New Tempest Hits/s Testing So after doing some testing with a Dojo dummy, I've determined that Tempest has a delay of 180ms. So to compare Tempest with Milles: Tempest- 3 lines at 180ms, approx (5.55555 x 3) + 5.55555* hits/s, 22.2222 hits/s Milles- 2 lines at 150ms, approx (6.66666 x 2) + 6.666666* hits/s, 20 hits/s The (*) represents the amount of hits/s from Cartes at 100% crit rate. This means that Tempest is approximately 2 hps faster than Milles, and since you can use Arrow Platter at the same time as both skills it would be ideal to use Tempest as frequently as possible. HOWEVER, since Tempest is broken with Auto-Draw Judgement, unless you continually toggle it on and off while fighting (and even if you do) it's probably a worse trad

Stolen Skill Changes : Addressing changes made either to popularly stolen skills or the skill stealing system. -Stealing Heal from Bishops is now prohibited. -Arrow Blaster Turret has a 5s CD on re-placing. -Dark Sight now turned off and put on CD for 5s if you dodge a %HP attack with it (ex. meteors in Magnus). Hitting 100% Crit on a Phantom So I'm debating switching back to my Phantom in a while and I was wondering what the best set-up to reach 100% crit is. Currently I'm at 80% (90% with dSE) using the following: -5% Base Rate -20% Lv3 Phantom Link Skill -7% Lv2 BT Link Skill -3% MM Char Card -35% 3rd Job Passive -10% Hyper Passive Do most people simply aim for crit rate on their inners or is it more common to sacrifice one of your wep potential lines for crit rate? I also have a 15% crit ring but I'd prefer not to use it since I could put a pottable ring there instead. Right now my current hope is that by the grace of the gods I get crit rate from my Magnificent Magnus soul but I don't put a lot of faith in that happening. Any advice is greatly
