whats tricky about the end game items is that the luk and att go hand in hand, the more luk you have, the more effect att has on your range.
the 82 att boost is extremely good, but i would expect that claw to be 10b+?
with 10b you could get some very good equips with att and %luk combo. my suggestion is to rack up on items that give att and %luk much like the 38att shoes. theres no point in settling for the 27 (although you could), but you're going to end up upgrading anyways.
i wouldnt suggest getting the earrings just yet since it is by far the most expensive -in ratio to cost effectiveness (at least in broa it is). the earrings would be roughly 5-5.5b, which isnt really worth the investment just yet.
i believe around your level, 3-4luk = 1att, so %luk would be far more useful than att.

Yeah I'd never cube lol, never goes my way. Only reason why I'm considering buying one is because a 183emp claw would give me an 82 ark boost, roughly 8atk/1bil.

If I get a shoe or something it would probably yield more attack, but I'm nor sure how much I'd have to spend lol.

Could you also pc 20atk 3l epic 9%luk earrings?

yes, it costs that much if the shoes have the above %luk
and as for settling for less %luk, it would be more cost efficient for the short term, but if you want to have a really good range, you have to aim for as much %luk as possible, and if you want to settle for less %luk at first, you would need to cube later on, which would most likely result in you spending more than you should
