Is gift box reactivated?
From the SC notes, "The Heart Balloon Giveaway will be reactivated. It will be available from the end of the maintenance through February 16."
From patch notes it says that the cape will be distributed through the gift box, so does this mean the Noble Mapler box comes back as well?
