I won a contest but cant redeem my codes

I received an email from them with 6 pet codes, but some how when I go to the Cash shop it says I can't redeem it.
It shows up as "Are you sure this is the right code?" But if I try it again it says "this code has been used".

Pro Tip : Try contact the person who gave you the code.
Yes the place is legit, nexon sponsored it on facebook and the website. I'm entering the code through copy-paste and typing in the Cash shop. . it's not working
Are you sure that place is legit and that you're using the code in the right place?
