Elemental staff boosts Hi guys (: I had a quick question about Ele staves. So I know that it use to be that where I'd you used an Ele staff that was the opposite of your magic (ie: Ele staff 7 using flame wheel) it would weaken your magic. A friend of mine recently informed me that bishops could use Ele staves without being hindered by its ability, is this true? And if so, does it apply to ice/fire/lightning/poison users? Like if I used my Ele staff 7 on an Evan, would I be penalized 25% when using fire based moves? Thanks!
