the best neb for wepons
i have like 100 mil to spend on neb for my pole arm what kind of neb should i buy ( 148 att pole arm)
att / % att / ignore /% str what will give me the best dmg
and with 100 mill what rank neb can i buy ( el nido)

so u say pdr is the best ? and if i arldy have 100% pdr what should i buy?
and what % pdr i can buy with 100 mil
%total damage or %att cuz aran has naturally high damage and base att but thats just me
