So... because my account was banned while it was hacked, I'm not allowed to World Transfer my character o.0 They know it was hacked, they acknowledged it when it happened and gave me a compensation package, so that tells me they know I'm not lying about this.

I wasn't allow to world transfer b/c of a ban history.

Thats pretty lame. I was world transfer blocked too for having been autobanned in 2010. There was a glitch back when DB's were released that autobanned in the haunted house chimney. They unbanned me the next day... After submitting a ticket about the world transfer block, they got back to me in september saying something along the lines of "Sorry but the event has passed." I feel your pain but i guess there's nothing to do about it but complain more the next time a similar event comes.
Re-open the ticket and explain it to them properly.
GM's have thousands of tickets to read; if people want a decent response time, they have to skim through them!
Edit: Just noticed about the ban history. Still pretty cold.
"Your account cannot have any recent or serious ban history"
I don't think they can do anything about that, a rule is a rule right?
