Best way to spend 4b?
Hello!
I am wondering what the best way to spend 4b, to get as much dmg as possible is.
I curr.ently have a full set of clean empr.ess equips, 6% int earrings, a 6% int ring and pendant.
This is in Scania btw, and I am an F/P mage at lvl 153.
EDIT: I also have 4% int specs.

I got 2 MW 20s in just 3 MMBs, would I suggest MMB gambling? Absolutely not.
The chances of getting a single MW 20 or 30, assuming that all books have an equal chance of getting pulled, is probably close to 1/150 or even worse.
The chances of him upping his budget isn't worth the risk (which is much higher than the chance of br.eaking even or better).
