So, do I have to use the one in the cash shop? Or can I also buy one that drops from monster?
I want to know cause I have some spare meso I can use and I really don't feel like using 59m (5.9k) When I can use about 10m getting one from the FM.

Is the 1 SP Really needed?
You can buy them but they only work at a 50% rate, while cash shop is 100% and gives you 1 SP
