Your thoughts on this? IMO Nexon must be desperate to bring back more players, but I realize this was heavily requested by a lot of wrongfully banned players...

EDIT: If you now check the ticket submissions page, there is now an option asking if you've ever charged NX. Could Nexon be as biased as we think they are?

Understandable bias. Help the people who keeps this game alive more- but they do reach everyone. Couple of my friends including myself has gotten our ticket answered within a week that it was sent since RED started.
And Nexon has been like this for a while, also. They can't ever make everyone happy.
A lot of people who whine and complain saying their account are wrongfully ban is probably saying the same thing as the dupers/hackers and such who cries saying they did nothing wrong and that they didn't do such a thing in the first place.
They have unban a couple of people that was legit, which was great (Wrongfully banned), but I imagined there be hackers out there unbanned as well.
The only difference is, this community only cares about all the bad points of the company. I feel like everyone just sheeps to the idea that hating Nexon is cool, and then find ANYTHING they can to bash on the company. They have their faults, doesn't make them the worst company that everyone makes them out to be.
ANYHOW, thoughts on Second Chance? Meh.
They unbanned me after 4 works of constantly talking to GMs and my offence was a GM thought I might have broken a rule

This whole second chances is stupid. Seems they only release major hackers/dupers/exploiters so they can hack/dupe/exploit some more. Hence the big dupe hack a month ago and Nexon didn't give a damn about it.
Well they've unbanned almost every hacker that cried to live support so I guess it's kind of a double-edged sword

They said the same thing to me. My first ticket they told me I would be unbanned within 24 hours. After 24 hours I sent them another ticket and they said I am not going to be unbanned...
Funny they said one of my old accts were unbanned during the first second chances back in Dec. I still couldn't log into though for some reason idk. So i wrote them a ticket about it asking why. They said that I am banned and won't get my account back lol. Nexon so dumb.
This only means that Nexon would go soft on hot day mules and such. I can't wait for MS2 to come to finally jump out of this sinking ship.
The bias you speak of isn't necessarily wrong. It's in their best interest to care more about paying customers.
