Crit Rate on Xenon
I got 20% unique crit rate on my xenon. Pretty happy about it, used about 40 miracle circulators (45k nx)
I'm interested in whether or not buff duration would be better. It's really useful for xenon's skills.

You can get 100% crit rate through other means like dSE and link skills. So yes, 32% buff duration is better. That said, I wouldn't suggest you recube your inner ability unless you literally have thousands of circulators, 32% buff duration is quite hard to get.
I actually really like the crit rate, because it allows xenon to obtain 100% crit.
That being said, I'd like to have the boss% one over it
I have 32% buff duration inner ability and I have 100% crit without inner ability. The buff duration is really nice for staying at 20 energy for longer and not having to rebuff as often.
I actually prefer the crit rate more than the buff duration, since its really nice to have 100% crit for the stable dmg, and ooparts code is pretty much up 95% of the time anyway with just mechanic card 15%. Not to say that the buff duration isn't good, but I just prefer having that 100% crit
Crit is nice to have but it's not really as effective on a Xenon as it is say on a Phantom. Buff duration is a must on Xenon due to the short duration of OOParts Code.
