My personal build for 3rd job:
1 Buster--> 1 Fury --> Max Dragon Wisdom --> Max Dragon Blood --> Max Fury --> Max Buster --> 3 Sacrifice --> Max Roar --> Max Sacrifice --> Max Magic Crush --> 11 Elemental Resistance

[All builds point to the same final result. In my opinion you should raise any way you want, just make sure it has the same final result.]
