Sylph ring for Tb
Should I go for mincrit or crit rate?
I was thinking crit rate because mine seems pretty low, but I'm not entirely sure on what to do.
Or maybe I should choose another ring like the boss one?

Hey the best ring to get would be the min crit ring. Reason being that you can get 100% crit from links, character card sets and potentials. TBs really have unstable damage due to our min crit being really low.
@Piana: They switch places in the window once your min gets higher than your max, but min is still one variable, and max is another.
And, the base is only 20%. Pretty much nobody gets 150% min crit damage. As a bucc, even I only get ~100% min and max crit damage with my buffs; currently 100% / 117% respectively.
Clairification: With 20% min crit damage, your minimum critical hits are 120% of your normal damage, so 20% additional damage.
It is good to know about that cap of 150% though. I just might try and reach it as more items are released.
I'd almost grab the Thunder Sylph for thematic purposes =p
I'd take the min crit dmg ring if I didn't use a cracked gollux ring with better stat%

You get 10% from the BT link skill too, and you can get crit rate lines in your bonus potential I believe. There are lots of options for crit rate, but very few for minimum critical damage. DSE adds +15% max crit damage as well, so you may want to bump up your minimum critical damage to stabilize your damage.
I say go for minimum critical damage.
