It's a problem with compatibility between chrome and maple. Either spam refresh, relog or use game launcher. I get this occasionally as well. Edit: DO NOT reinstall, that is not necessary..
Oops (sorry for the wrong information). Create a shortcut for Gamelauncher.exe and put on desktop and use that from now on. Don't start from the website.
