pally vs hero

so i have a dark knight and i generally like warriors, but only have one slot left so dilemma yall! i have no funds, but can move a few % items around, say 10%str(yes i know that stinks)
which class is better for grinding, bossing and what-not. i will be getting him past level 120, maybe to 150+ if i dont get sidetracked
