Hackshield error 0x00000204516 ?

Last night, I decided to download MapleStory on my laptop. My laptop runs on windows vista, and I kept getting the "hackshield error 0x00000204(516)" over and over. I googled it, then I came across a few solutions:

- changing the internet to "public"
- going into the hackshield .. forgot the word, and turning on anything that was disabled (but it wasn't)
- ending any processes having to do with MS (But there were none..)

I did all of these, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled MapleStory. I keep getting the error though, and I'm confused as to why this keeps happening. And yes, I've tried from the website AND gamelauncher.

I have the most recent BlackCipher thing and Hackshield as well..

Basically, when trying to load the game, HackShield runs all the way through, then the error pops up.

Does anyone know what's going on? :S
