Maple can't run off USB?

So I have a working copy of maplestory on my brother's windows 7 laptop.
I put this copy onto a USB, then transfered the copy to my windows 7 laptop.

However, every time I open maplestory, it wants to remove all the transfered files and completely reinstall maplestory.

So my question is: How can I get maple running without going through the hassle of reinstalling it? (to those who say 'just reinstall it gosh' ; I use a 5gb plan per month, 2.5gb from maplestory takes me over this limit.
They changed Hackshield a few patches ago so that you can't just move the Maplestory folder to another computer any more.

The ONLY way to get the game without having to completely redownload the game client is to look on the first computer and see if you can find the "MSSetupv97.exe" file, OR "MSSetupv96.exe" file. If you can find either of those, you can move THAT file to the other computer and run that file to install the game on the other computer.

If you can't find the installation setup file, you'll have to redownload it.
Thanks for the help man, guess I'll just have to download at freinds house or something.
