So I guess its down to %Att and %Damage, I haven't made my hero yet, but I'm prepping for it post-RED.
Definitely not Str% or Crit% so it's between %ATT, %Damage, and Defense Ignore. If you've got less than 90% Defense Ignore on you then go for it. Which of these do you have more of? %ATT or %Total Damage(not including ACA or Enrage)? Pick whichever you have the least of.
