Agent items were perm. Though, you had to wait 30 minutes everyday for no reason.

Yea, I agree, the first and last time NEXON gave us something good was the OSSS when we got VIP weapons and the Time Traveler Medal. I think after that event, NEXON realized to set a time limit on times to increase their profit.

You can't compare the necklace with the Badge.
The necklace requires the gems from the gacha which requires NX
The badge requires you to basically do nothing.
Also who cares if it's time limited, by the time the even ends, a new item will take it's place.

I found how to get two, kinda glitched for me for some reason.
Fuse no work.
Anything that is free and too-good-to-be-true, is usually not permanent.
