I have a question for the double miracle cube time event... Does this apply to occult cubes as well or only cash shop ones?

Actually, it also applies to Tot's free miracle cube. I would know =P. Used one on the pants he gives you and got it to Unique tier with 9% luk, 6% dex and 3%mp.
