Decent skills Level 100 or 120?
I've heard both but I don't know. I don't want to cube my 100 RA glove to find out it doesnt work
ALSO, what's the best way to scroll gloves. I'm think spell traces? (45 for 30% scrolls)

Do NOT cube those gloves.
Level 100 can only obtain sharp eyes, which you can get easily on a neb.
You'll need a level 120+ legendary glove to obtain your speed infusion.

@LightZero I wasnt sure because they changed the potential levels from 70-120 to 60-100 so I was wondering if dSI and dSE were changed as well

I know that dSI is 120+ legendary.... Also I'd say if you're lucky CoGs/iCoGs might turn out better?
