If you can, get flip of the coin and shadow viel. Both skills are amazing. Coin is stackable 5 times and gives 10% crit + 20k dmg cap increase each time you cast it when you critical hit, and shadow viel is like an ultimate that's pretty useful for filling body count. And Assassinate's extra attack is great, too.
Shadower hypers in the passive department are so strange... Different ranges lead to different potential builds I already cap with boomerang...so whats 20% total damage of boomerang going to do for me? Not much. I think its really cool how there can be differing builds with the class and its passive skills
I went with Hyper Luk/Hp/Mp/Def/MDef/Crit. How much does Str/Dex add to your range? I might swap if its a decent amount.
I also took Bstep +hit, Bstep +dmg, and all 3 for nate. The extra hit on nate is before the final lunge so that's great if you're spamming it, and unless Bstep +2 monsters hit works on Zak arms I can't see many times I need it to hit more than 6 things.

For clarity purposes, all classes get 6AP (boosts LUK, Crit, Dex, etc.), 5PP (These help with the three skills (ie for Shadowers: Meso Explosion, BStep, and Nate), and 3 SP (This is for our job-only hypers: Flip the Coin (at level 150), Veil of Shadow (at level 170) and the all class buff (at level 200).
Edit: I may have mixed the names around (SP, Ap, PP).

A lot of shads base their 1v1 decisions on a dps chart that basically shows that bstep+carnival is only more efficient that assassinate when your range is ~190k+ (without meso explosion). Obviously the exact numbers change after hypers, but the basic idea is that assassinate only becomes useless way after you start capping with it.
