Class Idea Mercenaries Soldier

[b]Mercenaries: Soldier[/b]
You might know me. Probably not. I made class idea threads some time ago, go look at my threads if you want to know what they are. Anyways, yes I know that my class idea threads are never going to be considered, implemented, etc. So do not bother me about that. Also my apostrophe key does not work.

[b]Story and Explanation[/b]
The Mercenaries are a group, not aligned with any particular side, Black Mage or Maple Alliance. They take advantage of the fighting and fight for their own reasons. The Mercenaries usually do not have any special powers, and take advantage of technology or equipment. The Soldier is an example of that, using mechanical technology to fight for them. They are very much like Mechanics, however split into 3 basic groups. Support, Attacker and Mob Attacker. Support have weak attacks, but can offer many buffs and skills to help the team. Attackers focus more on 1v1 attacking, and do not have much support skills. Mob Attackers focus on attacking large groups and have almost no support skills.

[b]HP and MP[/b]
Support have low HP but high MP.
Attackers have average HP and average MP.
Mob Attackers have high HP but low MP.

[b]Level Cap[/b]
All groups have a level cap of 200.

[b]AP[/b]
All groups use a primary stat of Dexterity and secondary stat of Strength.

[b]Weapons and Armor[/b]
All three classes use guns, but do not use bullets (Automatically supplied). They wear modern military armor, such as camoflauge and vests.

[b]The Beginning: Recruit (Level 1-10)[/b]
In the Beginning, you train at Mercenary Boot Camp until Level 10.

Army Crawl: You can move while crawling, and receive a higher avoid rate while crawling. While crawling you are very slow. (Toggle)
Level 1 - +20% Avoid
Level 4 - +40% Avoid

Sprint: Sprint to receive a speed boost. (Active)
Level 1 - +5% Speed, -6 MP
Level 4 - +20% Speed, -7 MP

Climbing Agility: Your athletic ability allows you to climb ladders faster, regardless of current speed percentage. (Passive)
Level 1 - Climb ladders faster.

[b]1st Job: Trainee (Level 10-30)[/b]
You pass Boot Camp at level 10, and promote to Trainee. Receive 5 SP on advancement.

Double Shot: Shoot twice at a single enemy. (Active)
Level 1 - 120% x2, -7 MP
Level 20 - 160% x2, -9 MP

Pocket Knife: Pull out a knife to quickly slash or stab an enemy. (Active)
Level 1 - 170%, -7 MP
Level 20 - 270%, -9 MP

Focus: Better your focus to increase accuracy and avoid. (Passive)
Level 1 - +10 Accuracy, +10 Avoid
Level 10 - +100 Accuracy, +100 Avoid

Toughen: Toughen yourself to increase defense. (Active)
Level 1 - +10 Defense, -8 MP, 100 Seconds
Level 10 - +100 Defense, -12 MP, 200 seconds

[b]2nd Job: First Aider, Private, Basic Airman (Level 30-60)[/b]
The path splits here. You can choose First Aider, a healing and support class, a Private, a 1v1 attacking class, or a Basic Airman, with fast, strong mobbing abilities. Receives 5 SP on advancement.

First Aid: The most basic first aid can help. (Active)
Level 1 - Heal 5% HP, -14 MP
Level 20 - Heal 100% HP, -16 MP

Supply Support: Give supplies to help out the team a little. (Active)
Level 1 - +1 Attack, +10 Defense, +10 Magic Defense, -20 MP, 60 Seconds
Level 20 - +20 Attack, +100 Defense, +100 Defense, -24 MP, 120 Seconds

Physical Training: Permanently increases Strength and Dexterity through sheer physical training. (Passive)
Level 1 - +3 Strength, +3 Dexterity
Level 10 - +30 Strength, +30 Dexterity

Gun Mastery: Increases mastery and accuracy with guns. (Passive)
Level 1 - Gun Mastery +12%, +6 Accuracy
Level 20 - Gun Mastery +60%, +120 Accuracy

Gun Booster: Increases attack speeds with guns. (Active)
Level 1 - Improves gun speed for 10 seconds, -28 MP
Level 20 - Improves gun speed for 200 seconds, -13 MP

Burst Fire: Burst fire with your gun to shoot 3 bullets at a time. (Active)
Level 1 - 170% x3, -12 MP
Level 20 - 230% x3, -18 MP

Critical Shot: Improve your chances of hitting a critical shot. (Passive)
Level 1 - +2% Critical Rate, Minimum Critical Damage +1%
Level 10 - +20% Critical Rate, Minimum Critical Damage +10%

Physical Training: Permanently increases Strength and Dexterity through sheer physical training. (Passive)
Level 1 - +3 Strength, +3 Dexterity
Level 10 - +30 Strength, +30 Dexterity

Gun Mastery: Increases mastery and accuracy with guns. (Passive)
Level 1 - Gun Mastery +12%, +6 Accuracy

Shock Resistance: All the fighting will gain you resistance to trauma and pain. (Passive)
Level 1 - +20 Defense, +10 Magic Defense, +2% Max HP, +10 Accuracy
Level 10 - +200 Defense, +100 Magic Defense, +20% Max HP, +100 Accuracy

[b]Basic Airman[/b]
Basic Fighter: Ride in your first basic fighter plane. You may glide in this. (similar to Demon Slayer glide) (Active)
Level 1 - +100 HP, +50 MP, +5 Attack, +100 Defense, +10% Speed, +5% Jump, Consumes 5 MP every second, -40 MP
Level 10 - +500 HP, +250 MP, +15 Attack, +500 Defense, +30% Speed, +20% Jump, Consumes 7 MP every second, -25 MP

Glide Bomb: Glide across the map to bomb several enemies. (Active)
Level 1 - 220%, hits 4 enemies, -13 MP, 40% Burn Damage
Level 20 - 350%, hits 6 enemies, -18 MP, 50% Burn Damage

[b]3rd Job: Paramedic, Sergeant, Airman (Level 60-100)[/b]
You have been promoted to either Paramedic, Sergeant, or Airman (Woman if you are female). Receieves 5 SP on advancement.

Emergency Aid: Aid needs to arrive quicker for teammates to survive. (Active)
Level 1 - Heal 120% HP, -24 MP
Level 30 - Heal 300% HP, -30 MP

Trauma Specialist: Prevent trauma, pain and abnormal side effects for a short period of time. (Active)
Level 1 - +200 Defense, +200 Magic Defense, Invincible to Abnormal Side Effects for 30 seconds, -50 MP, 120 seconds cool down
Level 30 - +500 Defense, +500 Magic Defense, Invincible to Abnormal Side Effects for 60 seconds, -60 MP, 120 seconds cool down

Resistance: You and other teammates receive a small, temporary stat boost. Stacks with other buffs. (Active)
Level 1 - +5 Attack, +5 Magic Attack, +10% Resistance to Abnormal Side Effects, 60 seconds, -40 MP
Level 20 - +20 Attack, +20 Magic Attack, +30% Resistance to Abnormal Side Effects, 120 Seconds, -45 MP

Burst Fire: Burst fire with your gun to shoot 3 bullets at a time. (Active)
Level 1 - 180% x3, -35 MP
Level 20 - 240% x3, -38 MP

Barricade: Sets up a temporary barricade. Teammates can go in and out but monsters cannot. The barricade can be broken down. (Active)
Level 1 - 60 Seconds, 1000 Barricade HP, 200 seconds cool down
Level 10 - 180 seconds, 5000 Barricade HP, 200 seconds cool down

Motor Transportation: Use a motorcycle for transportation. You can use attacks on this. (Active)
Level 1 - +20% Speed, -35 MP, Consumes 15 MP every second
Level 10 - +60% Speed, Can go over speed limit, -40 MP, Consumes 18 MP every second

[b]Sergeant[/b]
Machine Gunner: Sets up a machine gun placement to shoot down enemies. Hold down the button to continuously fire.
Level 1 - 70% Per Shot, 3 Seconds for Placement, Consumes 10 MP every second
Level 30 - 120% Per Shot, 1 Second for Placement, Consumes 15 MP every second

Gunner Squad: Call for a squad of gunners to follow you and attack other monsters. They will not attack monsters if you have not attacked them. (Active)
Level 1 - Call 3 Gunners for 60 seconds, 150% Damage, -35 MP, 200 seconds cool down
Level 20 - Call 5 Gunners for 180 seconds, 170% Damage, -40 MP, 200 seconds cool down

Land Mines: Set down land mines that explode when monsters walk into them. (Active)
Level 1 - Set down up to 2 mines, 320% explosion damage, 40% burn damage, -28 MP per Mine
Level 20 - Set down up to 4 mines, 350% explosion damage, 50% burn damage, -34 MP per Mine

Penetrating Bullets: Your bullets are coated in a full metal jacket, allowing them to power through defenses. (Passive)
Level 1 - Ignore 5% Defense
Level 20 - Ignore 20% Defense

Adrenaline: Get your adrenaline pumping to increase stats. Does not affect teammates. (Active)
Level 1 - +5% Speed, +3% Jump, +700 Defense, +500 Magic Defense, +5 Attack, 100 Seconds, -50 MP
Level 20 - +20% Speed, +120% Jump, +1000 Defense, +800 Magic Defense, +30 Attack, 180 Seconds, -55 MP

Armored Car: Use an armored car for transportation. You can use attacks on this. Stats stacks with other buffs. (Active)
Level 1 - +10% Speed, Can go over speed limit, +500 Defense, +300 Magic Defense, -30 MP, Consumes 12 MP every second
Level 10 - +20% Speed, Can go over speed limit, +1000 Defense, +800 Magic Defense, -35 MP, Consumes 14 MP every second

[b]Airman[/b]
Jet Fighter: Use a more improved Jet Fighter. Replaces the Basic Fighter. (Active)
Level 1 - +700 HP, +300 MP, +20 Attack, +500 Defense, +30% Speed, +20% Jump, Consumes 20 MP every second, -50 MP
Level 10 - +1000 HP, +500 MP, +30 Attack, +1000 Defense, +40% Speed, +23% Jump, Consumes 22 MP every second, -30 MP

Strafe Bomb: Fly across the skies to bomb multiple enemies. (Active)
Level 1 - 400%, Hits 8 enemies, -30 MP, 60% Burn Damage
Level 30 - 500%, Hits 10 enemies, -36 MP, 80% Burn Damage

Jet Stream: Boost yourself in the air while gliding. (Active)
Level 1 - Boost a set distance, -20 MP
Level 10 - Boost a set distance, -30 MP

Evasive Action: Permanently increase avoid. (Passive)
Level 1 - +10% Avoid
Level 10 - +40% Avoid

Target Confirmed: Permanently increases accuracy. When attacking enemies, your accuracy increases by a certain amount. (Passive)
Level 1 - +40% Accuracy, +2% Accuracy for every enemy
Level 20 - +60% Accuracy, +5% Accuracy for every enemy.

Super Signal: Increases the power of Exposed. (Passive)
Level 1 - Hits 10 enemies, -22% Defense, -22% Magic Defense, -15% Speed, -24 MP
Level 10 - Hits 12 enemies, -40% Defense, -40% Magic Defense, -20% Speed, -28 MP

Formation: Calls extra support planes to help in battle. (Active)
Level 1 - Call 2 planes for 30 seconds, 200%, -30 MP, 200 seconds cool down
Level 20 - Call 4 planes for 120 seconds, 240%, -35 MP, 200 seconds cool down

Spy Plane: Makes your Jet invisible to other monsters, attacks will not affect you. The power of Exposed is increased in this state. (Active)
Level 1 - Invisible for 60 seconds, -32 MP, 180 seconds cool down, Exposed bonus: -10% Defense, -10% Magic Defense, -5% Speed
Level 10 - Invisible for 160 seconds, -38 MP, 180 seconds cool down, Exposed bonus: -20% Defense, -20% Magic Defense, -10% Speed

[b]4th Job: Medic Specialist, Officer, Captain (Level 100-150)[/b]
You have been promoted to either Medic Specialist, Officer or Captain. Receives 5 SP on advancement.

Electroshock: Use shockers to revive someone. You must be right next to them. (Active)
Level 1 - 30% Revive Chance, -100 MP
Level 30 - 70% Revive Chance, -120 MP

Steroids: The use of steroids will help almost anyone. But there are dangers. You can give this to a specific teammate but only with their consent. (Active)
Level 1 - +40 Attack, +40 Magic Attack, +40% Speed, +10% Jump, +1000 Defense, +1000 Magic Defense, -70 MP, 1% Chance of Death
Level 20 - +60 Attack, +60 Magic Attack, +60% Speed, +20% Jump, +2000 Defense, +2000 Magic Defense, -90 MP, 5% Chance of Death

Defense Turret: You will need better defenses to survive while treating patients. (Active)
Level 1 - Summon up to 1 Turret for 120 seconds, 300%, -40 MP
Level 30 - Summon up to 3 Turrets for 200 seconds, 450%, -50 MP

Maple Warrior: Increase stats by a certain percentage for everyone in the party. (Active)
Level 1 - +1% All Stats, 30 Seconds, -10 MP
Level 30 - +16% All Stats, 900 seconds, -70 MP

Forcefield: A more advanced version of Barricade, this covers a larger area and can last longer. Monsters that try to enter get damaged. (Active)

Level 10 - 360 seconds, 10000 Barricade HP, 420 seconds cool down, 250% Forcefield Shock

Extrashock: Advanced technology will ensure the revival of teammates. (Active)
Level 1 - 75% Chance of Revival, -200 MP
Level 20 - 100% Chance of Revival, -220 MP

Eyeborg: Permanently increases your accuracy and temporarily increases teammate accuracy. (Active/Passive)
Level 1 - +20% Accuracy, 200 Seconds, -80 MP
Level 20 - +80% Accuracy, 360 Seconds, -90 MP

Reflex Overdrive: Permanently increases your reflexes and temporarily for your teammates. (Active/Passive)
Level 1 - +20% Avoid, 200 seconds, -80 MP
Level 20 - +80% Avoid, 360 seconds, -90 MP

Nuke: Launch a nuke to destroy almost anything. (Active)
Level 1 - 1500%, Hits all monsters, x2 Exp for 120 seconds, -30% Enemy Defense, 600 seconds cool down
Level 30 - 2000%, Hits all monsters, x2 Exp for 180 seconds, -50% Enemy Defense, 600 seconds cool down

Laser Rifle: A new weapon to protect yourself with that shoots thin lasers that burn enemies. (Active)
Level 1 - 350% x2, 70% Burn Damage, -50 MP
Level 30 - 450% x2, 100% Burn Damage, -65 MP

Healing Beam: Shoots a beam into the air, which will provide continuous healing for teammates in the map for a set amount of time. (Active)
Level 1 - Heals 300% HP for 120 seconds, 360 seconds cool down
Level 30 - Heals 500% HP for 200 seconds, 360 seconds cool down

[b]General[/b]
Mega Motor: Ride in a futuristic tank, capable of riding through almost any terrain. (Active)
Level 1 - +15000 HP, +5000 MP, +40 Attack, +5000 Defense, +5000 Magic Defense, +40% Speed, Consumes 40 MP every second, -80 MP
Level 20 - +20000 HP, +10000 MP, +60 Attack, +10000 Defense, +10000 Magic Defense, +60% Speed, Consumes 50 MP every second, -95 MP

Optic Magnifier - Permanently increases accuracy for yourself. (Passive)

Nuke: Call in a nuke to destroy almost anything. (Active)

Android Army: Set up a small machine used to manufacture androids. The androids will attack anything you attack but will stay near the machine. (Active)
Level 1 - Manufacture up to 3 Androids, Each Android lasts for 30 seconds, 500%, Consumes 30 MP every 5 seconds, -60 MP
Level 30 - Manufacture up to 9 Androids, Each Android lasts for 60 seconds, 600%, Consumes 35 MP every 5 seconds, -70 MP

Emergency Carrier: Call in a temporary carrier for extremely quick transportation. (Active)
Level 1 - +65% Speed, Fly Ability, Teleport Ability, 10 seconds, Consumes 60 MP every second, -80 MP
Level 20 - +90% Speed, Fly Ability, Teleporty Ability, 20 seconds, Consumes 65 MP every second, -80 MP

Not done yet.

[b]Notes[/b]
I need to nerf the skills, a lot of them are really over powered. Leave suggestions and comments. I will probably pursue the idea of having an entire set of Mercenary classes, so leave suggestions for what kinds of classes should be in the Mercenaries.

pretty sure i'd go with a buster blade rather than a gunblade.

more damage against a bahamut that a gunblade imo

I would definitely go Med Tech, but the 2x Exp after using the ultimate is OP, also, the 5th job tank needs to be less buff, 5000 HP, 500DEF, 30ATT, and -20% Speed.

Of course the skills are overpowered. Maybe u should add an option to join a faction, like in WoW Mists of Panderia.
