How good do you think this computer is?

I'm not a PC builder expert or anything, but I'm getting a custom computer for minor gaming. I'm not planning to play games like BF3, CoD, etc., just some lower requirement games. I'm not sure if I should post the full build but here are the specs, directly copied.

Intel Core i3-2100 3.1GHz Dual Core
Asetek 550LC High Performance Liquid Cooling
MSI H61M/P31 [VGA] (2 DDR3 Slots Max 1333MHz) Intel Motherboard
4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz Memory
500GB 7200RPM Primary Hard Drive
Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 Ti 1GB (Graphics Card)

I guess you guys/girls should post on what you think of it. Is it overkill? Or too little? lol I have very little knowledge about this. I have a budget of $1000 maximum if I need to change or buy extra things.

Alright, well that's good to know.

Super overkill for everything except Skyrim, which can run graphic settings with a mix of High and Ultra.
That depends on the games you play, none of which you have named.
Okay. I don't play some of these, but I do plan to.

Mount&Blade: Warband
Fallout: New Vegas
Civilization V
Victoria 2: Heart of Darkness
Europa Universalis 3/4
March of the Eagles
Skyrim
Hearts of Iron 3
Age of Empires 3
Minecraft
Tropico 4

It's probably fine, but I'd strongly recommend an i5 processor. I also think the liquid cooling is just annoying.
