So this evo ring event can you only make 1 ring per dates

Yes. Ring 1 runs for 12 days, then you work on Ring 2 for the next 12 days, and Ring 3 for the 12 days after that.
To get all three rings will involve logging in for at least an hour for a total of 33 days.
