Mercedes automatically get lvl 30 charm, so all you need is a Rose Clipping. Get that from harvesting herbs...
well that is supwer -.- for class with no attribute boosts =[
Get level 30 Charm (I think) and you get a quest. Talk to Steward (Henesys hair stylist) and you need to find a Rose Clipping (buy or harvest A LOT).
something about Charm if I recall correctly.
