Quill you Find my Pen quest ToT
Ok, so, I know you're supposed to find a chest and click it, and then it leads you to a room with a store
However, I've been stalking the chest for weeks and different times and always end up in an empty room
I tried filing a ticket to Nexon, they say there's nothing wrong with the chest
Have any of you guys actually found the store in there? (I read in some Reddit comments that you usually find the store with everything sold out, but in my case no store has ever appeared)

@darksword: but this is a perfect example about what costumer support responsebilities are.
@pachomar: Customer Support GMs generally don't deal with bug reporting, and are usually redirecting players to posting on the Forums.
Don't continue to submit tickets through Customer Support. They usually don't know much about the game as we do, which has been proven several dozens of times by other players.
@darksword: I know, but I filed a ticket and after over 20 replies, sending them a video of what the problem is and explaining over and over, they just keep saying I have to grind for the chest. So, for Nexon perspective, there's nothing to fix....

There's not much else that can be done at this time. This is something that has to be fixed by Nexon.
Sad to say that i can only share your experiences
