Plus, the off-chance that Nexon may include those OP pet scrolls during future attendance or events. (15 atk pet scarf 3 slots left T_T)

If you check the event list in-game, check the golden goose egg event out.
You can get 50% pet equips scrolls from the grade AA egg during that event, however it is based on chance.
Beats spending NX in me opinion though.
Unfortunately the most common method is to dupe them...or buy them off dupers.
