Should i use them on my 117 atk 3 line crushed skull?

But timeless you cant trade timless weps and crushed skull is basically the same as the VIP

What if people want to scroll something else? Like a timeless allagrando or a vip 1h bw

I'm not sure, I thought I read somewhere that Demon Slayers are using a new kind of weapon called a 'scepter' or something. BW scrolls aren't usually worth that much, are they?
EDIT: Sorry, nevermind, they use BWs and Axes.
But if i scroll the skull wont demon slayers use it and it will still be worth alot?
I havent seen any on like 1 month so i think there worth way more
