Perfecting gollux equips
Do they need to be enhanced ONLY AFTER passing full slots? (ie +4 on a solid gollux ring w/ hammers) Or can you enhance before getting full slots passed?

You can enhance before slating. You won't lose out on any stats unlike weapons.
