Like is there a level 100/120/140 set that I should buy now? I currently have 3-4Bill mesos.

theres no point in spending any money or meso on any sets until RA/Gollux/Tyrant/Sweetwater
you can obtain monster drop equipment at any level, so just 70% trace them and enhance them, but dont worry about buying equipment till you're level 150.
