Is there a gender specific tier higher than mesoranger?

Hi,

I'm trying to find the highest lvl female locked helm I can get my hands on as I want to anvil my Snow Ice's Fur Hat to it. The snow hat is gender locked which means I can only anvil it to another female helm. I have a black mesoranger (f) so just wondering if there is anything higher then that with a female lock to it or are Mesorangers it?
