Enchanted Quiver and Buff Duration I'm running into a problem where the Enchanted Quiver cooldown is lasting longer than 30 seconds, which is keeping me from recasting it immediately once it expires. Can increasing buff duration alleviate this? I already have an inner ability that I like, so I can't go for the buff duration IA to test it. My Empathy is also only level 39, so the buff duration bonus is pretty negligible. Does anyone with a buff duration IA or a higher level of Empathy notice this problem with Enchanted Quiver? Thanks.
