I accepted all the quest but i still have no clue on how to get there. Anyone know what I can do?

I accepted all the quest but i still have no clue on how to get there. Anyone know what I can do?

Commerci Cape: Req. Lv.150 STR/DEX/INT/LUK +9, Weapon/Magic DEF +120, 5 upgrade slots (unhammered). Trade disabled when equipped.
Commerci Gloves: Req. Lv.150 STR/DEX/INT/LUK +10, Weapon/Magic DEF +65, 7 upgrade slots (unhammered). Trade disabled when equipped.
Commerci Hat: Req. Lv.150 STR/DEX/INT/LUK +25, Weapon/Magic DEF +210, 7 upgrade slots (unhammered). Trade disabled when equipped.[/quote]
