Can items that have been sealed with Hermes Cube become tradable again through some NX item(s)? The item I have cannot be used with Scissor of Karma.

No. Once you used a Hermes cube on an item. It becomes UNTRADEBABLE even if the item was able to be tradeable with a SoK/pSoK or Sharing Tag
By three items are you referring to the Scissors of Karma, Platinum Scissors of Karma and Trading Tag?
