Closed off sections of MapleStory?
So I just recently came back after a couple years and I've seen some places that have been closed off and covered with black chains on the world map. Is there a reason for this? Are they just going to get rid of them or going to completely rework them? Most of them are very unpopular maps such as Korean Folk town, Omega Sector, and Florina Beach but there are some others that were decent like Kerning Square, Tera forest, and Chryse.

Nexon is revamping those areas. Mushroom Kingdom revamp is already in KMS if you want to search for that one.

So the Black Mage went to the future and destroyed Tera forest. Then he also went back in time to destroy Korean Folk town. Makes sense.
