How to upgrade my range on a low budget

I know I'm pretty weak compared to most other heroes and now it's time to realize what I need to do to help that since I'm a decent level now.

Level: 163

I usually hit 85k-95k per line with RB and like 110k-150k per line when Enrage is on.

Range: non buffed - 18k, buffed - 22k, buffed with Valhalla - 26k

Equips: (when I say "no str" I mean no % str, some equips have a little bit of str on them)

Angel Wing Band (head) 6% str/6% all stats

Tempest Robe, 1 attack, no str

Tempest earrings, no str

Tempest should, 3 attack, no str

Tempest gloves, 1 attack, no str

Tempest belt, no str

Tempest ring, 2 attack, no str

Tempest boots, 1 attack, no str

Epiniea's Ring (from fairy forest theme dungeon), 2 attack

Elite Heliseum Cape, 10 attack, no str

Maple scarf, 1 attack, no str

Virtues medal, 3 attack, 6% dex

Silent Crusade eye piece, 1 attack

Lionheart cutlass 150 attack, +3% attack

Two totems things that I got from gach, 2 attack, +4 str

Strength from equips: +195 str and +12% str
Attack from equips: 29

I know most of my damage problems come from my lack of % str but I'm pretty poor and can't afford these types of things with the measly 15m I have total. I'm thinking when I have enough money again I'll try finishing up my Lionheart set and that would get me started on getting stronger. So what can I do now to upgrade my damage. Out of curiosity what weapons do you use and what are the stats of them?
