The "decent" way without anniversary scrolls will be spell traces.
You have to find a good scrolling spot and someone with 100 diligence.
I believe it will then be a 25% success rate for 9 att.
Since you could go for 8 slots first unhammered your chances of success are like 0.02%. (I think multiplicative math is involved)
Fafnir Soul shooters are like 3m ea. And there are loads in the fm. ( In my world)

After godly scrolling you could then hammer (50% or 10%, your choice) and then a 16% of passing 2 more spell traces.
Then comes the EE. -_-. For 3 star no boom they are like 600m. 2 star for 250m no boom. Then you can use aee and prot scrolls to get to 5+ stars. Or buy prot and 5 star service.

Dont forget 50% e pot scrolls. There the cheapest 100% chance of pot. And It could be 2l resulting into a 2$ trip to the cs
Either way it will cost you.

To scroll a gollux item for ATT and what not, you need 30 gollux coins(green ones)

30 coins gets you a scroll that you can buy once a day and it gives
+3 all stat
+4 attack/magic attack

EDIT : The scroll has a 60% chance of working.

Either wait for anniversary scrolls, or use spell traces.

In broa AB soul shooters are really cheap. Its best to just buy and scroll your own.

@Koshimizu - I meant to say Wanderer top/bot Clean. I was thinking about investing in a gollux set for bonus effects. But prices run a bit high to invest atm since I'm more in need of a weapon. Cubing is put of the question. Ive always had terrible luck. Not worth the risk. I'd rather buy. I'll end up cubing the soul ring bc it can't be bought :c

What's a badge?

So far, I'm planning to get a clean tyrant cape. And SW tattoo + glasses

._. There is no tyrant top/bot.
Get tyrants, all 3 if you can afford them, reinforced and superior Gollux rings as well as the lv160 tattoo and glasses.
The latter four can be obtained by simply playing the game, no need to expend a large amount of mesos buying them.
If you can afford to cube, cube your own stuff, it usually ends up cheaper. If not, uniq accessories are relatively cheap.
Htp is ok, but you can try swapping that out with a reinforced Gollux pendant for the set effect. Also, get a badge if you don't have one.
Quite honest, your weapon isn't bad, it just isn't godly. Mine had similar att without stars and I do just fine.
Pot wise, your emblem is really....low...and your weapon has no pot, dunno about your soul ring.
If you can get some %att on those 3, your range should increase quite a bit.
