@kboa1234 @BakaBox thank you sirs, I was panicking (almost to the point of regret) when I can't use any other jaguar than Onyx.

There seems to be an issue with the Jaguar coupons.
Apparently you lose your Onyx Jaguar if you use the Snow White coupon after. I have heard about this issue from other forums discussing it as well as some WH streamers.
Hopefully it is fixed and people get compensated.

Try to go to belle at HQ and choose the option to switch jaguars and then try to switch jaguars using ur jaguar management skill.

Odd. Maybe there's an issue on using both coupons. I had the Snow White before on my WH, and after clicking the Onyx coupon there were no issues selecting my other jaguars.

This happened to me too. In the patch notes it said "onyx jaguar and snow white jaguar don't stack" which I assumed to mean the first job skill which gives crit rate and min and max crit, but apparently you can't have both jags in your jaguar inv at the same time, so if you use the onyx jaguar coupon first you're rekt.

I have a different issue.

The Onyx Jaguar has replaced ALL my selectable jaguars. When I try to switch to a different jaguar using the Jaguar Management Skill such as my Snow White it would always summon the Onyx instead of of the Jaguar I had selected, lol.

Edit: I spoke with Belle (Wild Hunter Instructor) and manually switching my jaguar back to Snow White. I am now able to freely switch jaguars using the management skill with no issue including the Onyx Jaguar.

Nope, I used the snow white jaguar coupon after. It doesn't show up in either my mount tab or my jaguar management

is the onyx jaguar the jaguar you are currently using? if so, i think the management wont let you "select" it again.
