Best Way to Scroll a Perfect Weapon Now?
What's the best way to scroll a perfect weapon now? It used to be 50%'s but in Broa, they are not common to find in the free market so I'm wondering what other type of scrolls to use with white scrolls/shield scrolls.

You can buy shielding wards and try to use the pink 20%'s
