How do I get the pot'able one? I'm stuck with the lv60 one. I've finished all of Act 7 now there's nothing left?

How do I get the pot'able one? I'm stuck with the lv60 one. I've finished all of Act 7 now there's nothing left?

I'm lv186 ._. and I had to move to a certain map and so now I have the lv100 emblem but no pot?
Edit: Oh @_@ alright tyvm
Even the level 60 one is portable. You just have to pot it ur self using a Pot scroll.
Keep leveling up. If there are no quests to continue, check your explorer book and your lightbulb quests.
