How do I start this quest line? Where is the NPC. Iv asked in game but only been told I need to complete the gollux quest first, which I have ( does this include killing the boss?)

How do I start this quest line? Where is the NPC. Iv asked in game but only been told I need to complete the gollux quest first, which I have ( does this include killing the boss?)

It should be from the guy in the forest in the Tynerum questline, there will be a portal beside him as well. Forgot his name so sorry, but that is as much as I know.
You don't need to kill the boss.
It should be under the Lightblub Quests.
