Use the 15b to get endgame weps. Who cares about other equips
could start buying 15% luk items. in broa i bought 15% top bot and 20% helm for around 8bill total and then 15%all belt and earrings for another 7bill total idk about windia but thatd fit your budget right there and itd be a good boost. though i wouldnt suggest buying all% if your only using a thief since its like twice as expensive xD
I'd honestly sell all that for cash and quit.

Im assuming u want help funding ur NL/future thief? Items in order of importance.
buy a perfectly scrolled wep for 4-6b.
a 15% earring for 1-1.5b
a 9% shoulder for 1b-1.5b (since they wont exist much longer)
a 9% ring for 500m-1b (since they wont exist much longer)
a 15% bottom for about 2-3b
a 18% cape for about 2b
a 15% boots for 1.5b-2b
a 12% czak 1b-2b
a 8% belt for 500m
a 6% necklace for 200-400m or 6% htp for 700m-1b
a 10% luck eye for 2b
so gong (dojo) gloves (easily finishable with the eqs u have).
with any extra money, buy evol ring 10, an ABR/DABR, and another ring of ur choice or 1%luck nebs for all those eqs.
