Clarification wanted on Inner Ability lines
Is it just that you can't get the same type of line twice or the same type AND stat?
For example, let's say I get 20% item drop rate on line 1. Does that mean on line 2, any sort of item drop rate % is impossible?
Or does it mean that 20% of it is impossible on line 2, but I can still get 16% (for example) item drop rate on line 2?
Thank you for any help. I've tried looking this up for a bit and keep seeing it answered according to an Attack Speed line, but that's always +1 so it doesn't help in regard to my question.

@sokair It's actually possible to break the caps. Even the hard cap

I might as well confirm what @sokair is saying. You'll need a Green Pot to make Attack Speed +1 or DSI effective. He said you don't need both DSI and Attack speed which is true, but they can stack and make you faster as long as the green pot is there, so it's good if you have all three.
