Pot scrolls and reveal
If you use a 70%/90% pot scroll on an item, it works, then you reveal, is it only rare? or can it be other ranks
I know that you can have all ranks from hidden pot monster drops, but not sure about scrolls

It's just because I've used around 200 pot scrolls or so in total, and I've never had anything other than rare
It can be any potential tier, but I'm not sure about legendary.
