I Used it on a clean equip without any pot, and it failed...
Is it meant to? The equip didn't explode, but it just didn't work .___.

'Tis scroll not 100% boom if it fails, and it won't succeed for sure.
It can fail but not boom, it's happened to me before.
I think it's 50% when it fails or something like that.
if it was part of that 20% of failing, it would have boomed
But this didn't boom

oh.... it didn't boom, just failed omg..
Lol try reading the scrolls description better . It needs to be used on a equip with "Rare" potentiol but yes it can fail at a 20% chance
