Question about %Total Dmg on range

I've been toiling over the range formula for a while : WeapMultiplier * (Primary stat * 4 + Secondary stat) * Atk/100 * some %total dmg
I haven't figured out how to get the math to work out so that I get exactly the range I have in my stat window. I figure that something is off in my rounding or in the way i'm applying %TD. I have tried both 1+ (0.1+0.1) and 1.1*1.1 for the %TD term.
I have cleared my Character cards, don't have %TD in my inner abilities, and considered my 10% TD from Kanna, 10% TD from DAveng, Shinida's Heart buff which gives .5%TD per 100 def, and I think the cleaver 30% damage is affecting my range too.
For simplistic purposes, I removed all my equips and equipped a lv 10 katana.
My atk = 79
Str = 1224
Dex = 201
Wdef = 1986
Katana Weap multiplier = 1.25 (or some were saying 1.2?)
my range reads 6' ~ 8298.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ^^

59.5% total damage.
(1.25*(1224*4+201)*79/100)*1.595= 8028-6422....
8298/(1.25*(1224*4+201)*79/100) = 1.648x needed for this max damage.
You're not telling us something. You are missing like 5% TD
Also that min can't be yours 8298 x .8 = 6638 <<< NVM on this i checked mine and its just as random.
Ok my guys stats has no outside bonus.
unbuffed:
Main Stat = 995 Second Stat = 123 ATT = 202 2254 DEF, which = 11% more TD for a total of 51%.
The range should come out 15643.7-12514.97, 80% mastery, yet it shows 14985-10774, showing that the mastery is around 72%.
Buffed:
Main Stat = 1114 Second Stat = 123 ATT = 217 2433 DEF, which = 12% more TD for a total of 51%.
The range should come out 18879-15103, 80% mastery, yet it shows 18111-12918, showing that the mastery is around 72%.
Not only is the damage formula being messed up somewhere but his mastery has been nerfed from 80% to 72% or so, its like the game took the mastery and added it to the damage formula or something?
for td it is 1 + %td so if you have 50%td it is 1.5 and if you have 140%td it is 2.4 gl <3
I don't see anything wrong.
