@andynaguyen: That doesn't make sense @___@. Each 60% int for earring scroll is 8-10m in my server. I used 5 which would be 45-50m, but it's perfectly scrolled.

Tldr:
100% +1 mATT should be sold by the npc in ellinia. If they're not, then nexon got rid of them.

What I was saying about the 100%.... Because before all these post-bb changes int was worth more than mATT because int gave 1mATT and 1mDEF
so 100% earring int scrolls sold by the npc gave 1 mATT
recently I purchased 4 to scroll my spirit earrings when I was leveling my Evan to 80 for the glasses
HOWEVER - I'm not sure if they changed it post-acsension with all the scroll changes
on the other hand, the scroll should be sold my the scroll npc in ellinia.
Not sure if it has the same stats, hope that it still does

No, he only NPC-sold earring scrols all +1 INT.
60%s give 1INT 2M.ATK.
this is perfect 60%ed.(compare it to 10dex or 10str scrolled earrings)

100% = 1 m.att
60% int for earrings = 1 int and 2 m.att
OT: i'm not sure either. tbh, not that much
first the npc doesn't sell it anymore
second it only give +1 magic atk per scroll
dont destroy it!..
