Jett 4th job advancement glitch?

So I can't accept any quest from anyone, and when i press q it comes up in my available tab? It says its in progress in the available tab? So i can't forfeit it.
The quest is called Secret Alchemy Request. Here's the description. *Note that it is located in my available tab
Secret Trade Request
You brought the materials listed in the alchemy book to Han the Broker. The Matter Disassembler, the secret organization, the core... how are all these things related?

Help please? D: This is annoying!
