Today just isnt my day.
So yesterday, I was playing with my friend at Scarecrows. I was on my level 69 mech, about to become level 70. I was suddenly banned for a month.
I thought "Ok, Ill send them in a ticket and make another account for the time being."
So I made another account this morning. It was a level 21 warrior at MaLadys. I suddenly got banned again... for a month.
I thought "F, I won't send them a ticket this time because this was a throw-a-way account, I guess I will make another"
So I try to make another account, but now, I continue to get the message "There has been an error in this service, please reload the page."
What the F**k nexon? I can't make another account because I got falsly banned twice within a 12 hour period?

I have a scanner running in the background every second the computer is on. I also self scanned this thing right now. At this point in time I have 0 viruses. I had one thing running other than Maplestory when I was playing, and that was Minecraft. Minecraft was on when maplestory was on the first time, but the second time I didn't have any program up other than maplestory.
I suggest you do a virus/adware scan, maybe something is invading your MS which gets detected as a hack?
i think you have a program or proccess open that maplestory detects as a hack, or maybe someones stalking you and hacking in whatever map your in
I used to have this problem except it would be a 1day ban withing 5 min of play time T_T just send a ticket each time and hope they answer. I would say rant a bit and say because the customer service is lousy I would never buy nx etc. etc. They auctally give a non automated response (atleast part of it isn't)
Maplestory community do not accept any little kids !

If its a one month ban, you were obviously using a program that Hackshield detected as a hack.
